Student Essay Competition

Essay Contest at the University of South Carolina to be recommended to the ALA Student-To-Staff Competition Topic: What do you hope to learn from attending and volunteering at the ALA annual conference? In what ways will this contribute to your long-term professional development? Essay requirements: The essay should be approximately between 750-1,000 words in Times New Roman, 12 pt. font. The essay should be double spaced with a cover page. The cover page should list your name and email address – do not include your name on the actual essay.
