The Art Research & Instruction Librarian is a tenure-stream faculty position reporting to the Faculty Director of Research and Instruction. Duties include general and specialized reference in the social sciences and humanities, including responsibilities associated with an information commons; virtual reference; instruction services and classroom teaching as part of an active library instruction program; and selecting library materials in the areas of art, art history, architecture, and environmental design.
