Celebrating National Children’s Animated Book Week Nov. 13th - 14th
This year the College of Mass Communications and Information Studies is celebrating:
National Children’s ANIMATED Book Week
On November 13 and 14 2007 a two-day animation seminar will be offered
with kids and adults working together to tell amazing stories and
learning animation principles. The seminar will be conducted by JOE
SUMMERHAYS.
The program will draw together elementary school students, students in
the
Library and Information Science to develop story-telling automation
techniques.
Joe Summerhays visited the campus last year during I-Comm Week and made
a presentation to the visual communications students. Here are some

The two-day seminar will be held in The Frank Mcguire Room of the
Athletic Practice Facility on
